Nadiya Vargola (Switzerland)


Nadiya Vargola is the Manager of Renewable Energy at Alpiq, a Swiss company. She earned a bachelor’s degree in economics at National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and an MBA from Purdue University, USA / GISMA Business School, Germany.

In December 2015 Nadiya became a co-founder of Alumni Fund Ukraine, a platform that unites people in the common goal of developing Ukrainian education in a simple, reliable, and transparent way.

She consistently supports Ukrainian initiatives and actively participates in Ukrainian diaspora activities in Switzerland, which constantly contribute to her own growth and development.

Oleksiy Rachok (Switzerland)


Oleksiy is a graduate of National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy’s economics department.  He earned a master’s degree in finance and economics from the University of St.Gallen in Switzerland and an MBA degree from INSEAD.

Oleksiy worked as financial analyst at Swiss Re Group and Razumkov Center, and is currently a project manager at the Zurich office of McKinsey & Company.

Arsen Kostenko (USA)


Arsen graduated from National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, where he obtained a master’s degree in computer science. He is also a graduate of Polytechnic University of Madrid and Technical University of Dresden.

Arsen has professional experience in various positions at multiple companies, including Priocom, EPAM Systems, Grammarly, and Sony. He is currently working as a software developer at Twitter.

Aliaksandr Kliapatski (Netherlands)


Aliaksandr is a graduate of European Humanities University (Belarus/Lithuania), where he specialized in international economics, Belarusian State University (world economy and international economic relations), and Hamburg University (European studies). He has professional experience as financial analyst at Priorbank (Raiffeisen group) and management consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

Aliaksandr is currently a Senior Project Manager at Maersk Line.

Yana Rathman (USA)


Yana Rathman graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with a degree in mathematics, and from San Francisco State University, where she earned her master’s degree in Education.

Yana has sound professional experience on different positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Oracle, Epiphany, and Cisco WebEx University.

Yana is an Instructional Designer at Cisco WebEx University. She is member on the Board of Governors at the SF Bay Area- based Jewish Community Federation and cooperates with the organization Nova Ukraine in the USA.
