PRO.SVIT is a non-profit organization. Our work is funded through donations of our benefactors and friends who share our values and approaches and who care about the future of Ukrainian education. In the last four years, over 500 people have provided financial or expert support to our work.

Our friends
Head of "Pro.Svit" Supervisory Board in 2015-2017. Nadiya joined the organization and helped to form the Supervisory Board body, attracting her community to make educational changes. Nadiya Vargola worked as a project manager in the renewable energy sector in the Swiss company "Alpik". She got her bachelor's degree in economics at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and MBA degree at Purdue University, USA / GISMA Business School, Germany. In December 2015, Nadiya cofounded the Alumni Fund Ukraine, a platform aimed at uniting all interested people and providing them with the opportunity to engage in the development of education in Ukraine in a simple, solid, and transparent way. Nadiya Vargola constantly supports educational initiatives in Ukraine, actively participates in the Ukrainian diaspora activities in Switzerland while devoting lots of efforts to personal development and self-learning.
Member of "Pro.Svit" Advisory Board in 2014-2018. The first Vice-Rector of the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU), Doctor of Philosophy (International Academy of Philosophy in the Principality of Liechtenstein 2013, dissertation: "Happiness of the Human Person. A Phenomenological Study of the Disclosure of the Human Person in Happiness"). Has been teaching philosophy at UCU since 1998 while also holding administrative positions. Has undertaken internships at universities in the USA (Institute of European Studies at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.) and Poland (Centre for Studies on the Classical Tradition (OBTA), Warsaw University). Taras is a participant of the working group of the project "University Autonomy – a Civic Society Element", Consortium of the Ukrainian Universities (2005-2009), member of the educational board of the International Renaissance Foundation Educational Programme (2011-2013), member of the Ukrainian Accreditation Committee (since 2014), and member of the National Higher Education Reform Experts Team (2009-2010 and from 2015).
Member of "Pro.Svit" Advisory Board in 2014-2018. Director of the UCU Institute of Leadership and Management. In the past – deputy head of the UCU Centre of Laity Leadership (2004-2009), coordinator of workshop network of the EMAUS Center for people with disabilities (2002-2004), and mathematics teacher at the Lviv Academic Gymnasium (1996-2003). Got higher education degree in mathematics at the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Has more than 18 years of teaching experience. Nataliya is a couch and consultant on organizational development.
As a financial analyst, Ostapiv enjoys providing consultations on financial planning. Having written a book "Love and Budget", he allocates 10% of the book's revenues on the NGO's development. After graduating from the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, Lyubomyr became one of the most demanded financial advisors in the Ukrainian IT sector. He has worked with/consulted Stanfy, Petcube, HoshvaPR, Concepter, Coppertino,, PromoRepublic, SupportYourApp, Softorino, Restream, and many other successful companies.
